What to expect
From our lot to your backyard — handled by craftsmen, not couriers.
When delivery day arrives, our driver calls 30 minutes out. On arrival, we walk the placement with you, position the building exactly where you want it, and level it on solid concrete blocks. Most deliveries take under an hour.
You don't need any tools, helpers, or heavy equipment. Just a clear path, a level pad, and a cup of coffee.

Before we arrive
Site preparation checklist
A little prep on your end saves time, protects your yard, and ensures your shed sits perfectly level for decades. Here's what we recommend.
Level the site
Your pad should be level within 2 inches across the building's footprint. We recommend a gravel pad 1 ft larger than the shed on all sides, 4–6 inches deep, with crushed stone (#57 or #2NS).
Clear the path
Our delivery trailer (Mule) needs roughly 12 ft of clearance wide and overhead. Trim low branches, move vehicles, and unlock gates the day before delivery.
Firm, dry ground
Soft yards, fresh mulch, and saturated soil can rut badly. We may reschedule if conditions risk damaging your lawn or stranding the delivery rig.
Mark the spot
Use spray paint or stakes to mark exactly where the front door of the shed should face. Walk the route with us when we arrive.

Check local permits & zoning first
We build to a high standard, but local building codes, setback requirements, HOA rules, and septic/easement restrictions are your responsibility as the homeowner. A 5-minute call to your township office can save you a costly relocation later.
- Most townships require a permit for buildings over 100–200 sq ft.
- Typical setbacks: 5–10 ft from property lines; 10+ ft from septic.
- HOAs may have color, style, or roof-pitch requirements.
- Call MISS DIG (811) before digging for any foundation.
Need dimensions, a site plan, or a spec sheet for your permit application? Just ask — we'll send everything you need.
